4. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your personal data with the following processors:

  • Prek AS – our website administrator. Prek AS processes data solely on our behalf and under our instructions. We have a data processing agreement in place with Prek AS to ensure GDPR compliance.
  • WebFlow – the content management system we use for operating our website. WebFlow may store your personal data on servers located outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. WebFlow ensures compliance with GDPR through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and maintains high security standards.
  • Google Analytics 4 – used to analyze website usage patterns. Google may transfer anonymized or pseudonymized data outside the EU/EEA, including to the United States. Such transfers are safeguarded through SCCs. Google acts as a data processor and provides relevant privacy information here: https://policies.google.com/privacy. No data is collected until you have explicitly consented through our cookie banner.
  • Hotjar – used to understand user behavior through session recordings, heatmaps, and feedback tools. Hotjar collects pseudonymized data such as mouse movement, clicks, and scroll behavior.   • Our email service provider – Contact form submissions are also sent to us via email. These emails may be temporarily stored in our email system, which is provided by Gmail (Google Workspace). Google acts as a data processor and ensures GDPR compliance through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and robust security practices, including encrypted transmission and restricted access. Emails are deleted when no longer necessary for service delivery.

We retain your personal data for up to 1 year, or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Emails containing personal data are deleted when no longer needed.
